Job Summary:
The Senior Research Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering all types of offline/online qualitative market research projects, across different industry types; using different research methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Understand the client brief and research objective clearly
- Knowledge of different research methodologies as: DI, FGD, Ethnography etc.
- Preparing documents such as screener/recruitment questionnaire, discussion guideline, profile sheet, topline
- Should be able to do content analysis
- Conducting moderation for research studies (IDIs)
- Monitoring overall work progress of a project
- Quality checks – data validation, data crunching, data preparation
- Supervising staff/ team members assigned to the project
- Briefing vendors, PM Team, field research executives
- Analysing and presenting results/ research findings creatively will be appreciated
- Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach for data collection
- Participating in team meetings with new ideas and thinking based on your experience and knowledge
- Attend company and external events/research activities as needed. Open to travelling for work (nationally/internationally)

Qualifications:
- Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of MR experience in managing offline MR projects
- An MBA or Masters degree will be appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral – preferably in at least 1 Regional Indian language other than English and Hindi
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
