Job Description:
Divergent Insights seeks experienced Sales & Business Development professionals with strong networks, proven sales success, and deep market research expertise to drive global revenue, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen client relationships across qualitative and quantitative research.
Work Experience Requried:
5-8 years of Sales Experience in Market Research Industry
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage target organizations, end-clients, and MR agencies for strategic collaboration, sample partnerships, and research solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition through lead generation, consultative selling, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including periodic reviews and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and high service standards.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal operations, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with internal business leaders to support RFQs, pre-qualification submissions, and solution design.
- Represent Divergent Insights at industry forums, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen market presence.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of the market research ecosystem, including panels, APIs, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and digital research platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to present, position, and sell research solutions to senior client stakeholders.
- Skilled in value-based and consultative selling, translating business challenges into insight-led solutions.
- Up-to-date awareness of competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and emerging research trends.
- High ownership mindset with a commitment to quality, integrity, and client success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or MBA with 5~8 years of Sales / Business Development experience within the market research industry.
- Proven track record of selling online and offline research solutions and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and BI dashboards.
- Self-driven, proactive learner with a results-oriented mindset.
