Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Data Visualization and Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into insightful and visually appealing representations to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, develop models, and extract valuable insights from various data sources.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop interactive and intuitive data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design visualizations that effectively communicate key insights.
- Validate datasets through thorough quality checks, including completeness, consistency, and outlier detection.
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Explore new data sources and techniques to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis and hands on SPSS
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful data visualizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
