Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Project Manager / Executive – Online Market Research to lead the planning, execution, and management of online market research projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project feasibility assessment, data collection, and quota management to ensure high-quality research outcomes. The ideal candidate will actively monitor ongoing projects, engage with external stakeholders, and represent the organization in client and vendor interactions. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Apply functional and technical expertise to work on API & non API online projects. 
  2. Understand key market research components such as questionnaire design, survey scripting, quota management, data processing, data cleaning, and analysis. 
  3. Independently manage the entire online research project lifecycle, from feasibility assessment and launch to client delivery. 
  4. Negotiate feasibility, incidence rates (IR), and budgets with vendors and clients. 
  5. Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure reliable data collection. 
  6. Post launch, coordinate with vendors and clients on project status. 
  7. Contribute proactively in team discussions by sharing insights and innovative ideas. 
  8. Represent the company at internal and external industry events as required. 

Required Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of API functionality and technical complexities in online market research. 
  2. Flair for working on project management tools and familiarity with DIY platforms 
  3. Proven project management experience, especially in handling large datasets, extracting insights, and making recommendations. 
  4. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  5. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful. 
  6. Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to support effective pricing and proposal strategies. 

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing online market research projects. 
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and vendors. 
  3. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. 
  4. Exceptional presentation skills. 
  5. A self-driven approach with a proactive learning mindset.
