Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager / Executive – Online Market Research to lead the planning, execution, and management of online market research projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project feasibility assessment, data collection, and quota management to ensure high-quality research outcomes. The ideal candidate will actively monitor ongoing projects, engage with external stakeholders, and represent the organization in client and vendor interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Apply functional and technical expertise to work on API & non API online projects.
- Understand key market research components such as questionnaire design, survey scripting, quota management, data processing, data cleaning, and analysis.
- Independently manage the entire online research project lifecycle, from feasibility assessment and launch to client delivery.
- Negotiate feasibility, incidence rates (IR), and budgets with vendors and clients.
- Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure reliable data collection.
- Post launch, coordinate with vendors and clients on project status.
- Contribute proactively in team discussions by sharing insights and innovative ideas.
- Represent the company at internal and external industry events as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of API functionality and technical complexities in online market research.
- Flair for working on project management tools and familiarity with DIY platforms
- Proven project management experience, especially in handling large datasets, extracting insights, and making recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to support effective pricing and proposal strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing online market research projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- A self-driven approach with a proactive learning mindset.
