Job Summary: 

The Research Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of offline and online qualitative market research projects across various industries. This role involves assisting in research design, fieldwork coordination, data analysis, and report preparation under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client briefs and research objectives with guidance from senior team members
  2. Assist in executing qualitative research methodologies such as In-Depth Interviews (IDI), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and basic ethnographic studies
  3. Support in preparing research documents including screeners, recruitment questionnaires, discussion guides, and profile sheets
  4. Assist in reviewing and organizing qualitative data for analysis
  5. Support in conducting basic content analysis and summarizing key insights
  6. Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
  7. Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
  8. Perform quality checks on collected data and ensure completeness and accuracy
  9. Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and topline reports
  10. Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas and observations
  11. Support senior team members in project execution and client servicing

 activities as needed. Open to travelling for work (nationally/internationally)

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in market research, preferably qualitative research
  2. Prior exposure to offline research projects (FGDs, IDIs, recruitment, field coordination) is preferred
  3. MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
